ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 business day (unless otherwise stated) to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

This does not include pre-order or Nightmare Outreach items.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button, there are 4 different options for local delivery. Local delivery within Ballarat and surrounds is available if your order is $50 or over. We can offer this from 15-30km away from our location for a fee.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for
local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise specified) using AusPost.

If you have chosen Sendle shipping postage times may vary but we will email you with details regarding your package.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout through Sendle.

We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia if package is under 5kg.
Free shipping for orders over $150.
